In the unlikely event that you should find an identical item (same brand name and manufacturer's identification number) for less and in stock at any other furniture retail store within 100 miles of Miskelly Furniture, within 30 days of your purchase, Miskelly's will refund you the difference. Guarantee does not apply to special offers, special financing or defective merchandise.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must present written confirmation (ex: newspaper ad, written quote from competitor or a confirmed Miskelly Shopper report, etc.) and a Miskelly Manager will call the company to confirm that it is identical merchandise.
*Miskelly's price will be one dollar less than the confirmed competitor's price.
