Premier Delivery
Guidelines
- Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction, and or remodeling and driveway is passable.
- Prior to our arrival, please remove old furniture and clear pathways to ensure unobstructed access for our delivery team.
- Please re-measure the area you have picked out for your new furniture to ensure it will fit.
- Our delivery teams are restricted from moving any electronic equipment or existing furniture already in the home.
- Customer must arrange to be home or have a responsible adult (18 years or older) present at time of delivery and to accept and sign for delivery.
- Customer will be contacted approximately 30 minutes prior to delivery team arrival.
What's Included
- Delivery professionals will deliver, place items in your home, and assemble them (when applicable).
- Items are unwrapped, inspected, and packaging materials are removed and recycled.
- Accessory items including lamps and pictures will not be unpackaged or assembled.
- 2-hour delivery window provided 24-48 hours before the day of delivery.
- Delivery tracking is available on the day of the delivery.
During your delivery: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact our customer service department
You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse, free of charge. You will have the option to select delivery or pick-up at checkout.
In-Carton Drop-Off
What's Included
- Delivery professionals will drop-off to your curb, driveway or garage.
- The customer is responsible for assembly and final placement in the home.
- Items are in the original packing material and not inspected.
- A two-hour delivery window will be provided the day before delivery.
- Delivery tracking is available on the day of the delivery.
- Old mattress removal does not qualify.
Merchandise Pick-Up
Guidelines
- Please bring the original receipt and photo ID.
- Identification is required for all pickups.
- If the name on the ID does not match the name on the order, the name on the ID must appear in the comments as the designated pick-up person, or the merchandise will not be released.
- If you need to change your pickup day, please provide 24 hours notice by calling
601-933-6001 - Some assembly may be required if you choose to pick up your merchandise.
- Merchandise must be dropped off and picked up for any return, exchange, or service.
- If picking up special order merchandise and a defect is found, Miskellys will provide a service technician to repair that merchandise.
- Pre-scheduling your pick-up will help reduce wait times.
What to Expect
- After checking in, your product will be brought to your vehicle for loading.
- Miskelly staff will load out product in your vehicle.
- Miskelly staff will assist securing the product to your vehicle with rope.
- You may bring your own restraints such as straps or xx if you prefer.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the load is secure before leaving.
- The merchandise and safety of the load is your responsibility upon leaving the Miskelly customer pickup area.
Under no circumstances will Miskelly be responsible for loss/damage incurred once merchandise leaves the loading dock.

- If the person picking up the merchandise is not the named purchaser on the sales order they must have the original sales receipt.
