READY FOR ASSEMBLY: Furniture arrives securely packaged to protect during transit. Most items require some assembly upon arrival. Each package includes detailed assembly instructions, all necessary hardware, and contact information for customer support from the manufacturer (look for the green sticker). Some larger items may require two people for safe and proper assembly. Please inspect all components within 48 hours of delivery and before beginning assembly. If you notice any damaged or missing parts, contact the manufacturer using the information provided on the green sticker attached to your package.
Direct Mattresses
UNBOX AND ENJOY: Arrives in a box. Simply unbox, cut the protective wrap, unroll and watch the mattress expand. Mattress is safe to sleep on immediately but can take 72+ hours for any residual scent from packaging to dissipate and for mattress to completely expand based on ambient room temperature, humidity, air pressure & ventilation.
