The 2-in-1 Organic Kids Mattress combines organic materials with waterproof protection and comfort for maximum flexibility – all at an unbeatable price. Certified organic materials and an open innerspring design provide excellent airflow and temperature regulation. No adhesives, flame retardants, vinyl/PVC, polyurethane foam and more.
Unique 2-in-1 Design
The 2-in-1 Organic Kids Mattress is highly versatile, combining waterproof and quilted sides for an ideal children's mattress. Use the waterproof side when they first come out of the crib and while they're training. The waterproof side also functions as a dust-mite barrier and provides excellent backup for when the mattress pad is dislodged, missing or otherwise unavailable. When the child gets older, flip the mattress over for a more luxurious quilted feel. With its kid-friendly design, your child will be sleeping comfy cozy night after night.
Super Comfy
Whether your child is on the quilted side or the waterproof side, rest assured they'll be super comfy. With generous layers of organic cotton batting over a premium innerspring unit, the 2-in-1 feels solid and supportive. This approach naturally breathes and wicks away moisture for a comfortable healthy sleep. The waterproof side is built on the firmer side to help support kids' developing bones, while the quilted side features a plush microcoil layer for added comfort.

Healthier Materials
Organic cotton fabric plus fill: Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. At Naturepedic, we only use U.S. grown and certified organic cotton as filling for our mattresses and we buy directly from USDA certified sources. You'll also love our luxurious stretch knit fabrics. They're soft to the touch and easily stretch to conform to your body.
Waterproofing: Using a patented Naturepedic design, the waterproof side of the mattress features an organic cotton fabric with an LDPE waterproof coating so pure it actually meets food contact standards (made from non-GMO sugarcane without any glues or adhesives).
Plant-Based PLA Layer: PLA is a high-performance synthetic fiber made from non-GMO sugarcane that adds resiliency and improves moisture wicking. A non-toxic plant-based material, PLA is used in a variety of industries, including food packaging and medical supplies and is well-known for its sustainability and non-toxic properties.
Premium innerspring plus microcoils: Features a 1.5" layer of soft microcoils over a comfortable steel innerspring with polyester insulator that provides contouring support so your child will fall asleep and stay asleep. The open nature of the coils provide excellent breathability and heat dissipation.

It's time to say goodbye to polyurethane foam, memory foam, gel foam and related formulations. Mattresses made with these materials poison the earth – from the factories they're produced in to the landfills they end up in. With the 2-in-1 Organic Mattress, we've replaced these materials with alternatives that meet the GOTS standard for a cleaner, healthier sleep so you can feel good about what you sleep on every night.

Hello Organic, Goodbye Chemicals
No flame retardants: Every Naturepedic mattress passes all government flammability requirements without ANY flame retardant chemicals or barriers. That's right – none at all! This is due to our smart organic mattress design and the elimination of highly flammable synthetics such as polyurethane foam.
No glues or adhesives: It's really hard to find a mattress without glue. Even "organic mattresses" often contain several pounds of industrial adhesives, especially in their coil systems. At Naturepedic, we've engineered custom processes that do not use glue or adhesives. We're 100% committed to chemical safety – and honesty!
No polyurethane foam: Polyurethane foam, including memory foam and all its variants, can be found in nearly all conventional mattresses. It's made primarily from petroleum and other chemicals and is highly flammable. At Naturepedic, we do not use polyurethane foam in any of our products.
